Otherwise follow the following procedure (it’s very simple)

1. Choose the tab “Online soap making lessons” or “Shop soap lessons” depending on your preference.
2. Use the Next, Previous and buttons to navigate through the reservation calendar (above).
3. The list of courses available for the selected day is then displayed.
4. Click on the “Reserve a place” button for the desired course.
5. If you are not already logged in, the dialog box will ask you to enter your account login credentials.
6. If you already have an account
   1. Select “I already have an account”
   2. Enter your Email address and Password
   3. Click on the “Connect” button
   4. You are now logged in with your account
   5. Click on the “Reserve a seat” button.
   6. Your reservation request is made!
7. If you don’t have an account yet
   1. Select “I don’t have an account”
   2. Enter your Name, First name, Email address and Password
   3. Click on “Reserve a seat”.
   4. You are now logged in with your account and your reservation request is made!
8. You will immediately receive an email to notify you that your reservation has been accepted.

To cancel a course reservation you have two possibilities

1. If you do not have an account on the La Savonnerie de la Chapelle website.
   • Send us an email via the contact form indicating that you wish to cancel a course, indicate your name, first name, day and time of the course.
2. If you have an account on the La Savonnerie de la Chapelle website
   1. Open the “My Account” page (in the menu at the bottom of the page)
   2. Enter your login information if you are not already logged in
   3. Click on the “Cancel appointment” button for the reservation you want to cancel

In all cases, cancellation requests must reach us at least 24 hours before the start of the course to be reimbursed.
